General Conditions

The sales conditions are in force in connection with rights and obligations between customers of the Internet store MRelaks.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and MRelaks.eu (hereinafter referred to as MRelaks.eu) arisen upon purchase of goods.
The terms and conditions of this Contract and the rights and obligations following from legal acts of the Republic of Estonia are practiced with regard to all the users of MRelaks.eu and/or guests who wish to acquire our production.

The Sales Contract is considered concluded and we’ll enter upon fulfillment of an Order directly upon the payment of 100 per cent of a commodity value by the Customer.

The Order confirmation should be sent to the address of the Customer’s e-mail.
MRelaks.eu reserves the right to insert amendments in the sales conditions and alter prices. All changes are indicated at the site of MRelaks.eu.

Commencement of Sales Contract

MRelaks.eu sells and the Customer purchases the goods offered in the Internet store.
The Contract concluded between MRelaks.eu and the Customer comes into effect upon payment of the mentioned sum to the settlement account of MRelaks.eu (legal name of MRelaks OÜ) realized by the Customer.
Upon making-out up of an Order at the Internet store of MRelaks.eu and upon effecting a payment, the Customer confirms that he has been acquainted with the sales conditions and agrees with them.

Prices

All prices at the Internet store of MRelaks.eu are indicated in euros and include VAT.

MRelaks.eu reserves the right to insert amendments in the prices.

If the Customer has succeeded to pay for his Order right before a seller altered the price, the new price is not binding on this Customer in that case, it follows that the Customer buys merchandise at the price that was indicated at the site within the period of making-out up of the Order.

Making-out up of Order and Payment for Merchandise

ORDER

1) "Add to Cart" - press the button "Add to Cart“ when you have chosen a merchandise.

2) "View cart" - the content of Your cart can be seen if You click the mouse on the icon of the basket at the right upper corner. Also it is possible to change the quantity of the chosen goods or move any kind of the merchandise away from the basket in case of necessity. You can proceed straight to checkout without viewing Your cart, just click the button "Checkout" instead.

3) "Checkout" - hereafter press the button “Checkout” at the right lower corner.

4) "Confirm order" - When making-out up of an Order, fill contact details, once this is done, choose a delivery method convenient for You and press the button “Place order”.

If Your Order is annulled because of any reason, You will be redirected back to filling in “cart”.

5) Confirmation -  

6) Invoice - within 24 hours, after Your payment received by us, You will receive a confirmation on payment, original invoice and information on delivery.

NB! Provided that the Order is not paid within 3 days, we’ll be bound to annul it. 

PAYMENT

You can pay for Your purchase through the electronic system to the following bank account:

The notice on an Order will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by You. The Order should be paid through the electronic system of Your bank having indicated the Order number in the explanation.

The Order must be paid within 3 days. The merchandise chosen by You will be reserved for You at a warehouse during that particular number of days.

Having paid the bill, within 24 hours You will receive a confirmation on payment, original invoice and information on delivery.


Goods Delivery

MRelaks.eu completes an Order and passes it to its partners in the area of logistic activities after commencement of a sales contract (when the Customer meets an invoice).
The time of goods delivery around Estonia 1-3 business days, it is in force from the moment of the invoice payment.
Provided that the Customer wishes to change a coordinated place or time of receipt of the goods, he should notify MRelaks.eu about it, having made a call by telephone: +372 555-20-223 or having written an e-mail message to the address: info@mrelaks.eu immediately prior arrival of the goods into a place.
Delays and misunderstandings prevention upon the goods delivery depends on accuracy and correctness of the data indicated in the Order.

MRelaks.eu bears no responsibility for the delay and misunderstandings arisen upon the goods delivery provided that the delay and misunderstandings have appeared for the reason that the Customer submitted inaccurate data upon making-out up of the Order.
The Customer is replaced the merchandise damaged upon transportation for the new one if the merchandise (but not package thereof) was damaged. Provided that it is impossible to replace the merchandise for the new one, we propose to pay the value of the damaged merchandise to the Customer.

MRelaks.eu bears no responsibility to the Customer for infliction of damage or the delay in the goods delivery in the event that the damage or delay in the goods delivery is engendered by the circumstances which MRelaks.eu could not affect on or foresee them.

On our website there is possible to choose from several delivery methods:

It is necessary to know!

A set of the goods offered on our website is not possible to receive through a postal slot-machine because of a large size of packing or weight of the goods themselves. If you choose that sort of the goods, the website will not propose you the delivery through the postal slot-machine. You will be able to make use of a courier’s services or take the goods away by yourself.

The merchandise may be taken away by yourself at the address of our office location: Valukoja 12, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia.

Postal Slot-Machine of Post24

Choose the postal slot-machine in which it will be convenient for You to obtain the goods. A parcel may be received in one of 31 major populated localities of Estonia daily and 24 hours a day. The postal slot-machines are located in populous places in the streets and an access to them is always available. The postal items which are sent before an evening discharge arrive into place the next morning all over Estonia, even on the islands!

Courier

If You have chosen this delivery method, a courier will deliver the merchandise to You to an indicated delivery address.


Right of Goods Return

The Customer, on the basis of subsection 56 1) of the Law of Obligations Act, is entitled to return the goods within 14 days from the receipt thereof.
The return goods should be undamaged and in an original package.
The Customer bears the expenses associated with the goods return (on the basis of subsection 194 4) of the Law of Obligations Act). Exception to this rule applies where the goods return is caused by non-compliance with the made Order or the defective goods.
The Customer should send the notice of his wish to return the goods at least 14 days after receipt thereof in care of the e-mail address: info@mrelaks.eu
In the application on the goods return it is necessary to indicate an invoice or Order number, name of the Customer, products denomination and the return reason.
We pay remuneration to the Customer after inspection of the returned goods at least within 10 calendar days after the goods receipt.

Goods Return:
The Customer, on the basis of the Law of Obligations Act, is entitled to
lay claims to the defective goods within 2 years from the moment of the goods receipt. In case of a defect detection within the first six months of the mentioned term, it is assumed that the goods were already sold with the defect. A nature of the defect is determined by the seller.
In case of the defect appearance, the Customer is obliged to notify MRelaks.eu having sent a letter in care of the e-mail address: info@mrelaks.eu, as well as indicate the following information: name, contact details, the goods denomination and the alleged defect. The corresponding application should be sent within 2 months after the defect detection.

The Customer should inform of his wish to return the merchandise at least 14 days after its receipt in care of the e-mail address: info@mrelaks.eu

We recommend to describe the cause of Your claim in the letter to the uttermost in detail, as well as do not forget to indicate Your contact details. We establish contact with a claimant within 3 working days.

The return goods should be unused, undamaged and in an original package.
In case of the goods return, the Customer defrays the forwarding expenses, except when the return is caused by non-compliance with the ordered goods or faulty goods.

The goods may be returned at Your own discretion at the address of our office location indicated in Contacts section. Preliminarily it is necessary to contact with us. 
MRelaks OÜ refunds money to the Customer within 10 calendar days after the goods receipt. If it is impossible to determine whether the production was used or not, this production is not subject to the return. For example, a ball-point pen, its active life directly depends on a day of first start-up.

MRelaks.eu does not bear responsibility for damages to the goods arisen by fault or negligence of the Customer, the defects occurred upon use of the goods contrary to the intended purpose, natural physical depreciation of the goods upon their ordinary use.

MRelaks.eu bears no responsibility to the Customer for infliction of damage or the delay in the goods delivery in the event that the damage or delay in the goods delivery is engendered by the circumstances which MRelaks.eu could not affect on or foresee them.

Follow the manual on assemblage of the goods and use thereof.

Responsibility and Force Majeure

MRelaks.eu bears responsibility to the Customer and the Customer bears responsibility to MRelaks.eu in case of the damage arisen upon violation of these conditions by the other party in accordance with the events and scopes stipulated by valid legal acts of the Republic of Estonia. 
MRelaks.eu bears no responsibility to the Customer for infliction of damage or the delay in the goods delivery in the event that the damage or delay in the goods delivery is engendered by the circumstances which MRelaks.eu could not affect on or foresee them.

Miscellaneous

Provided that any disagreements or disputes arise in the process of fulfillment of these conditions, MRelaks.eu and the Customer, in the first instance, try to arrive at a consensus by means of negotiations. The Customer is also entitled to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or a Court if the negotiations between MRelaks.eu and the Customer have proved unsuccessful. MRelaks.eu, in its turn, is also entitled to apply to the Court for protection of its rights.
